Shipping policy

Due to limited staffing between September and May orders may incur up to three days processing time before they ship. Orders placed during our "in season" months of June - August will ship within one to two business days.

Posters will be shipped separate from other merchandise in a hard cardboard tube for protection. 

The shipping time stated during checkout by a selected carrier is an estimate provided by selected carrier.  The Santa Fe Opera cannot be held accountable for these estimated shipping times.
