Refund policy

The Santa Fe Opera Shop only accepts returns for exchange or store credit up to 14 days from the date of transaction. Beyond 14 days no exchanges or credits are allowed.  All returns must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Returns showing any sign of wear will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The Santa Fe Opera Shop is unable to accept returns on jewelry, scarves, handbags, opera glasses, binoculars, masks, books, posters or opened CDs, DVD or other digital media. All sales are final on sale items.

Please contact the store directly to arrange a return at shop@santafeopera.org or 505-986-5949. No returns will be accepted without original receipt number and a return authorization.
